ACP is so confident that our premise cabling services will be done correctly the first time, that we can offer a life time service guarantee.
In the event the installation fails to perform satisfactorily, to the normal speeds or specifications, from the original install date, American Cable Products will render service necessary to correct performance.
Only Original Cabling parts supplied by ACP will be replaced free of charge. Only parts and work that has been authorized over and above original invoice might incur additional charges. Manufacture warranty on all Hardware apply. This policy does not in any way extend to consequential damage nor does it apply to such causes as fire, theft, or any negligent or willful abuse.
