Design Quality

Design quality refers to our commitment to delivering, the best possible engineered, cabling and hardware solution. We listen to the needs of our clients, then design and communicate a quality solution that makes sense both logically and comically. These solutions are delivered both verbally, in writing, and with engineered drawings.

Installation and Delivery

Installation and Delivery refers to the timeliness with which our installations are completed, on an absolute basis. The art of doing business means, meeting deadlines. American Cable prides itself in its ability to complete a project “on time” and to complete a project “right, the first time”. From our very first to our current project, it is our expertise that keeps clients coming back and referring new clients. We do get it right the first time. As a result, American Cable warrants its work for life.

Budget Accuracy

Budget Accuracy refers to our commitment to accurately estimating costs. In today’s business world, Budgets are approved and often times exceeded. American Cable pays extreme attention to detail when it comes to writing proposals and pricing projects, while trying to anticipate installation challenges. If American Cable is not the lowest bidder it is only because we have factored in the probability of moves, adds, changes, and/or potential problems.

Once we have established achievable expectations and set “fair” pricing our goal is to complete the project “ahead of time” and “at or under budget”. This is a goal ACP meets, routinely. It is our overall expertise and experience that allows has allowed us to be very successful in this area. 

American Cable is also Certified as a MBE/DBE by the St. Louis Airport Authority, Missouri Regional Certification Committee (MRCC), the Supplier Diversity Program for the California Public Utilities Commission, and the State of Missouri.
